📦 Delivery Process

1️⃣ Vehicle Selection & Booking

• Browse our inventory and choose the car that fits your needs.
• Confirm your order by making the necessary booking payment.
• We provide a full vehicle history and condition report before finalizing the purchase.

2️⃣ Inspection & Verification

• Every car is thoroughly inspected by our Japanese expert before shipment.
• We ensure that all vehicles meet high-quality standards and are free from hidden defects.

3️⃣ Shipment & Customs Clearance

• Once verified, the car is shipped from Japan to Bangladesh.
• We handle all necessary paperwork, including customs clearance and taxation.

4️⃣ Delivery to Showroom

• After arrival, the vehicle is transported to our showroom at 249-251, Rahim Metal Industries Ltd, Tejgaon I/A, Dhaka-1208.
• A final check is conducted before the car is handed over to the customer.

5️⃣ Pickup or Home Delivery

• Customers can visit our showroom to collect their vehicle.
• Home delivery is available within Dhaka city for an additional charge.

📜 Required Documents

To complete the delivery, customers must provide:
✅ Valid National ID or Passport
✅ Purchase Agreement (provided by us)
✅ Payment Confirmation Receipt

⏳ Estimated Delivery Time

• Ready Stock Cars: 1-3 days (after payment confirmation).
• Imported on Order: 4-6 weeks (depending on shipping schedules and customs clearance).
